The categories of personal information that we collect, process, hold and share include: personal information such as name, address, email, telephone number and photography from activities/events. We collect and use this information for sponsorship purposes, media and general enquiries, pledges and to keep a record of activities/events as part of the Liverpool City Region Year of Environment 2019. By consenting to this notice you authorise such information to be published on the calendar of activities and www.yoe2019lcr.org.uk website.
The lawful bases on which we use this information is through the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018. This information will be stored on the
www.yoe2019lcr.org.uk website for a period of at least 1 year (i.e. end of 2019). After the end of the year (2019) we will review the website and seek consent from users to continue to use their personal information.
Your personal information may be shared with our lead partners who coordinate the Liverpool City Region Year of Environment 2019, namely: Merseyside Environmental Advisory Service, Knowsley Council, Mersey Forest, Liverpool John Moore's University and Nature Connected. We may also share this information with other partners (as shown on the 'Partners' webpage).
