Crucial Crew

In partnership with other council department, year 5 children (age 9-10) learn the importance of personal safety and social responsibility. The aims of the campaign are to enable children to become more aware of personal safety, make a contribution to crime prevention, avoid being a victim of crime, know what to do in an emergency, foster good citizenship and actively contribute to their own health.

The Rangers deliver a variety of messages covering the importance of looking after the environment, dangers found in outdoor spaces and the importance for the children to take ownership of their parks and open spaces.

This event takes place over five days 25/11/19 to 29/11/19
